VoCoVo, the retail communications specialist, is advancing its ambitious North American expansion plans through a strategic partnership with Syndico USA LLC, a value-add distributor of B2B communication solutions. The collaboration leverages VoCoVo’s in-depth expertise with leading retailers globally and Syndico’s extensive network of independent businesses to enhance retail communication solutions across the region.
The alliance capitalizes on VoCoVo’s strong leadership in the UK and European retail communications market and its expertise in Push-To-Talk (PTT) headset design. It builds on the company’s 20 years’ industry experience, serving large retailers including Iceland, Asda, Tesco and The Fresh Market with its enterprise-level Series 5 Pro Headsets, and also smaller footprint stores through its recently launched, fit-for-purpose VoCoVo Link solution, a new wearable headset device which is already rapidly gaining market traction.
Syndico’s deep market knowledge and widespread distribution network will facilitate broader market penetration for VoCoVo and its two-tier product offering throughout the North American market as it aims to expand its presence across all 50 states and continue its growth trajectory in the region.
VoCoVo has engaged several strategic reseller partners as part of the partnership, including Warner Communications and the extended Warner Family Brands, including Dittronics and Voceon. A leader in public-safety and commercial-grade two-way communication and security technology solutions, Warner Communications brings extensive experience and a strong reputation in the two-way radio sector across multiple states in the Midwest and the South.
