I’m a Store Manager. Can I combine a VoCoVo Handset and Headset?

Absolutely, our Handsets and Headsets work perfectly together. Some managers prefer to have a Handset for flexibility, but our Headsets can offer most of the same functionality.

Can I use a Bluetooth headset with my VoCoVo Handset?

Yes, it’s easy. You can pair a Bluetooth headset with your Handset just like you would with a mobile phone.

How do I transfer calls from my Handset to a Headset?

The easiest way is to ‘Park’ the call, placing the caller temporarily on hold. You can then talk to your team member via their Headset, and they can use their Menu button to pick up the call from the “Park Bay.” Done!
